The signs of autumn gently come my way

Watch as the robin flies away

As autumn brings us a cooler day

See the leaves turn to yellow red and gold

Hear the Halloween stories you once were told

Yearning for yesterday my heart wants to cry

When autumn reminds me of better days gone by

When two summer lover say goodbye

Will there love withstand old man winters sigh

Watch as the farmer stores his hay

And feel cool breezes come across the bay
